Free First Session

• The first training session is completely free and comes with no obligation.

• Because this session is free, it is not eligible for refunds.

Paid Training Sessions

• Single sessions and training bundles are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions canceled with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be considered forfeited.

Bundles & Packages

• Training bundles are intended to encourage consistent development and are non-refundable once the first session is used.

• Unused sessions within a bundle may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Weather & Coach Availability

• In the event of severe weather or coach unavailability, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost.
